- All orders for original paintings are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

- Original paintings are shipped via trusted carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your artwork.

- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Packaging

- Each painting is carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items are double-boxed for extra protection.

- For larger artworks, special packaging or crating may be necessary, which could slightly extend the processing time.

Domestic Shipping

- Free standard shipping is available for orders within the continental US.

- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

**International Shipping**

- I offer international shipping; rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and size of the artwork.

- Please note that international shipments may incur additional customs fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

- If your painting arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and will keep you updated throughout the process.

- In the case of confirmed damage, we may be able to offer a replacement if available, or a refund.
